Our Connected Leader coaching program is similar to what I remember on a road trip in the US, before Sat Navs!

This story articulates exactly what coaching provides when we jump in. I was driving from Miami, FL, to a friend in Sarasota, FL, my destination (a goal), yet as I travelled and the sun began to set, there were road works, diversions and misleading signposts (work & life distractions, obstacles, blocks, busyness) and I become uncertain about how on track I was to arrive on time.

I stopped at the next petrol station I could find and prioritised taking time and giving myself space to review the map there to help and guide me with information (coaching sessions), I considered what other routes I could take and decided on the one I thought would be best (agreeing action to take to achieve the goal), before I set off I called my friend to let her know my estimated eta (Accountability).

I arrived safe and sound with my friend in Sarasota, FL (Achievement, recognition to build upon)
